Outsourcing is used in businesses since the early 1980's. It is used to lower firm cost, make more efficient use of labor, capital, technology and resources. It involves the transfer of management to an external service provider. Companies most commonly costumer support and call centers usually outsource functions like information technology, human resources, telemarketing, costumer service, market research, design and web development.

A dedicated outsource staff is/are the one's who are loyal to the company that they are working with. These staff are hired to do the initiating companies projects. They strive hard to ensure that every thing goes well and as planned in order to make the initiating company happy about their decision in hiring them. They contemplate every possible opportunity to enhance the working quality, and tighten the working relationship between companies.

In my own point of view, these dedicated outsource staff are indeed very important in this line of work. They make a great deal in keeping a company running smoothly and maintaining the companies’ credibility. Many does not realize that their jobs are hard, and because of that many take them so lightly. These staff are one of those unsung heroes in this world that should be given more credit than they deserve.
